Technical issues must be addressed no later than 48 hours passed service time - we will always ensure you are happy with your service and will adjust if technical error has occurred
Less than 48 hours notice of moving or cancelling a booked a appointment will result in 50% of the service booked being charged
Less than 24 hours notice of cancelling a booked appointment will result in 100% of the service booked being charged
No refunds on any service
We do not accept extra guests in the salon for the entirety of the appointment
